It's the best way for you to learn about exercise from a double certified NASM Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Just like building a house from the ground up, you need to have a solid foundation, that's what you get when you work with me. Not just a trainer for the reps & sets, but the why, how many, when & most importantly mind muscle connection.
The question you should be asking is, will I use the gym membership? Do I feel comfortable & confident enough to use the machines, or selection of free weights offered? How many reps, sets? Am I properly engaging the correct muscle groups?
