Our thoughts about ourselves carry a lot of weight. Our beliefs, or perceptions of ourselves can elevate us or nearly break us, IF we let them. Our mindset influences how we think, act & behave in any given circumstance.
With me by your side, we will unpack the baggage that may be holding you back. Keeping you from a state of total well-being. When our mind, body & soul is in alignment with one another, we are in a state of FLOW.
It's time to dig deeper than you ever have before, hold space for accountability, learning & growth. Remember, there is no quick fix. Diets do NOT work, it is a lifestyle choice. A marathon, not sprint. Together, with my nutritional knowledge & coaching skills, combined with your willingness to learn, take action & hard work. We will attain & surpass your goals, whatever that may be.
Some say nutrition is more important than the workout itself, & you know what...I would agree. When I talk about nutrition, I'm not talking about the latest diet trend.
What we put into our bodies, does in fact matter. In the short term, you can brush it off, but looking at nutrition, long term, we need to understand the choices of today will impact our tomorrow.
As a NASM certified Nutritionist I will guide you
throughout the weeks. We will have weekly LIVE check-ins, to discuss eating habits, macro distribution, what is working and what isn't.
